Isaiah is now a 4 year old. It's funny because just today I was at the store and a lady asked me if Porter and Isaiah are twins. Porter isn't even two yet. They are both big boys, but Porter must be extra huge. For Isaiah's Birthday we decided to do a "Science/Magic Show" Party. Each boy was given a Science experiment kit, and Joe helped them do several science experiments. It was so fun to watch their little faces in amazement. After the party, Isaiah said, "Mommy, daddy is MAGIC!" Isaiah looks up to Joe so much. I remember thinking the same thing about my dad growing up when he would "magically" pull a penny out of my ear. Dads are simply amazing.
Isaiah has grown up to be an exceptionally fun four year old. He loves to build anything and everything. I think he will do many projects in his life just like his dad. Isaiah loves catching bugs. He could spend hours and hours in the yard scouting out bugs. How he finds them, I don't know, he can spot them anywhere. He really has an amazing eye for finding bugs. I love that Isaiah loves me and prefers me over anyone. I am trying to hold on to this, because I know one day he won't cuddle me anymore, and he will want to be right by Joe's side. I love my Isaiah and feel so blest that I can be his mom and watch him grow.

Looks so fun!!! Isaiah is so sweet. Wish we could have said happy birthday in person.
Riley thinks Joe is magic too. He did a magic trick for Riley when he was our home teacher and he's never forgot it.
Today at breakfast riley said, "do you remember Cami's friend from Michigan who's dad's name is Joe? Well, when she went potty in the toilet her mom gave her a popsicle and if she had friends over, they got one too. I think we should do that for Trisha" Where he pulls these memories out of, I do not know. :)
That looks like so much fun. He is such a cute little guy.
What a joy you are, Isaiah! And now you are four years old - and you fully live each day! Grandpa Poulsen and I loved seeing the "dress rehearsal" for the science / magic show! Joe is quite the entertainer! I love you, Isaiah!
