The Barnum & Bailey Circus has officially come to town. Today they had an elephant parade downtown. It was so fun to see the elephants parade down the streets. Kayla and Isaiah LOVE elephants, but Kayla was a little sad that they didn't throw candy (she was remembering the 4th of July parade in Ann Arbor).
The parade took about all of 1-2 minutes, but the kids loved it, and it was fun to see the huge smiles on their faces.
My mom was able to join us for the fun. Thanks for making the trip with us Mom!

Oh wow, that looks really fun! Ari would have loved that -- or been really freaked out. I never know with that girl. :) (All she talks about is going to the zoo to see the elephants, but lately when we go she is terrified of them. I dunno.)
That looks like so much fun. The Barnum and Bailey circus was just here in Kansas City!
The elephant parade was great fun! It was short [...if we had blinked, we might have missed it :) ], but worth it! Kayla and Isaiah were so excited!
